I photographed celebrity chef Marcus Samuelsson at an event for the fabulous event production company Eventage (www.eventage.net) in Union Square New York where he and a few other chefs shared tips on how to make quick, delicious meals using BirdsEye frozen vegetables that kids would like! I totally agree! My kids love the green stuff. In fact my son’s favorite is broccoli and my daughter loves brussel sprouts. I always find it annoying how they make kids hate vegetables on TV and how they have to be hidden in order for kids to like them. If you don’t TELL them they shouldn’t like them, they will like them.
