Mother Crossfit!

I photographed a piece about these two crossfit moms, Carma and Kara.  Who says you can’t be nurturing AND badass?!  Not me.  These guys showed me a thing or two about a thing or two.  I joined them at one of their homes as they were getting ready to head out to train after getting the kids to school.  I then tagged along to their crossfit training session at Run Jump Lift, in South Orange, NJ.  They ran me through some of their typical training sessions.  Totally awesome.  Check out the photos and leave a comment below.
